Produce one 60-second AI short with a beginning, middle and end. This is the deliverable that proves the whole track.

  • 1. Write a logline in one sentence and a five-beat structure.
  • 2. Build a shot list of 15-20 shots with durations and shot sizes.
  • 3. Generate a character sheet and lock a look block.
  • 4. Produce every keyframe, repair flaws, then animate image-to-video.
  • 5. Record voiceover, add a music bed, ambience and at least five spot SFX.
  • 6. Edit: trim heads/tails, cut on action, apply one global grade.
  • 7. Upscale only the final timeline, master to -14 LUFS.
  • 8. Export 16:9 and 9:16 versions with an AI-generated disclosure label.
