Generate small and fast for iteration, then finish large. Upscaling and frame interpolation are post steps applied only to the shots that survived the edit.
- Upscale 720p → 4K with a video-aware model, not a per-frame image upscaler (which causes flicker).
- Interpolate 24 fps → 60 fps only for slow-motion or hyper-smooth product shots.
- Denoise before upscaling; sharpen after.
- Export H.264 / MP4, high bitrate, then let the platform re-encode.

Never upscale before the edit. You will pay compute for shots you throw away.
