An uptrend is a sequence of higher highs and higher lows; a downtrend is lower highs and lower lows. When those sequences break, structure has shifted and the trend is in question.

  • Support — a zone where buyers have repeatedly stepped in.
  • Resistance — a zone where sellers have repeatedly stepped in.
  • Broken support often becomes resistance (flip levels).
  • Draw zones, not exact lines — liquidity sits in areas.
  • The cleanest entries are retests of a broken level in trend direction.

Consolidation (range) periods precede expansion. Trade ranges from the edges, trade trends on pullbacks — do not mix the two playbooks.
